Missed call text back, handled by your AI receptionist

When a call goes unanswered, your AI receptionist texts the caller back and books the job, so the customer who rang you isn't left calling the next company.

Where the missed calls go now, the way owners put it.

  • “We miss calls when we're on a job.”

You can't answer from under a sink or on a roof, and the call goes to voicemail.

  • “Voicemail doesn't book anything.”

A caller who gets a beep and a hope often rings the next company on the list, and the job goes with them.

Their goal
Every call answered
  • Answers every call, day or night, books it into your job software and flags emergencies to the on-call tech.
  • Trained on your price book, your rules and the way you talk to customers.
  • Asks you before anything that costs money.

Today's costs are typical US figures, not our prices. Sources in small print. Our pricing depends on the crew we build for you.

Works with the software you already use.

Your AI crew works in the software you already run where it allows it, or we set you up with ours, or a mix of both. We check yours on your assessment call. Either way it's done for you, so there's nothing for your team to set up.

Our guarantee

If they miss their goal, you don't pay.

Every AI employee is hired to hit one goal, like answering every call. We agree it with you before they start, and you can watch it live. If they miss it in a month, you don't pay for them that month.

  • Every call answered
  • Every quote followed up
  • Every overdue invoice chased

Questions owners ask.

Not here? Email jonas@aseadosolutions.com or ask us on the call.

What is missed call text back?

When a call goes unanswered, your AI receptionist texts the caller back and books the job from the reply.

Is this different from an AI answering service?

It is the same AI receptionist. It answers every call, day or night, and books the job. Where a call still goes unanswered, it texts the caller back and books the job from the reply.

What about real emergencies?

It flags real emergencies to the on-call tech. We agree with you which calls count as an emergency before it starts.

Will it work with the software we already use?

Your AI crew works in the software you already run where it allows it, or we set you up with ours, or a mix of both. We check yours on your assessment call. Either way it's done for you, so there's nothing for your team to set up.

Do we have to set anything up?

No. It is done for you: we learn how your company runs, build your Aseado OS and your AI receptionist, and keep training it. There is nothing for your team to configure.

How long until it is live?

Your Aseado OS and first AI employee are live within 30 days of starting, or your setup fee is refunded. We go through that on your assessment call.

What if it misses its goal?

Your AI receptionist is hired to hit one goal, every call answered, and you can watch it live. If it misses in a month, you don't pay for it that month. Anything that costs money or commits a crew comes to you first.

What does it cost, and is there a minimum term?

It depends on which AI employees we build for you and what each one does, so there is no price list. There's a three-month minimum; after that, you can let any AI employee go with 30 days' notice.
