How Aseado Solutions collects, uses and protects your information, in plain English.

Last updated 19 October 2026

1. Who we are

Aseado Solutions, a DBA of Gaston & Clarke Holdings LLC (“Aseado”, “we”, “us”), helps home service companies in the United States put AI to work in their business. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit aseadosolutions.com, use the chat on our website, book a call with us, email us, receive text messages from us, or work with us as a client. Questions about it go to jonas@aseadosolutions.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address, phone number, company name and role, when you book a call, use the chat on our website, email us or text us.
  • What you tell us about your business on calls and in messages.
  • Your text messaging consent: when and how you agreed to receive text messages from us.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical information when you visit the website, such as your browser, device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
  • How you use the website, through our analytics tool, PostHog: the pages you visit, what you click, how far you watch our videos, and whether you try the demos on our pre-call page. PostHog also makes session recordings, a replay of your visit (scrolling, clicks and page changes) that helps us see where the site is confusing. Anything you type into forms is hidden in these recordings. PostHog sets a cookie so it can recognise a return visit. We do not use advertising cookies.
  • Visit statistics through Google Analytics: the pages you view, how you reached the site, your approximate location and device type. Google Analytics sets cookies so it can recognise a return visit. We use it only to measure the website, not for advertising.
  • What you say or type in the demos on our pre-call page, if you use them. The voice demo is a real call with an AI receptionist, so it is recorded and transcribed; the text demos send your messages to an AI model to write the replies. The demos use a made-up company, so please don’t share personal details in them.

Information about our clients’ customers

When we work for a client, we may handle information about that client’s own customers, such as names, phone numbers and job history held in the client’s software. We handle it only on the client’s instructions and only to deliver the work they hired us for. We never use it for our own marketing.

3. How we use information

  • To reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and send reminders.
  • To deliver and support the work we do for clients.
  • To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see section 4).
  • To run, secure and improve the website and our services.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Text messages (SMS)

We only send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Through the Aseado Solutions SMS programme we send replies to questions you send us, confirmations and reminders for calls you book with us, and updates about work we are doing for your company. If you separately agree to marketing messages, we may also send occasional news and offers about our services. Message frequency varies. You will typically receive no more than a few messages a week. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message (we also accept STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT). Reply HELP for help, or contact us at jonas@aseadosolutions.com or +1 213-437-6127. We act on every opt-out promptly, always within 10 business days. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The full SMS terms are in our Terms of Service.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of providers (subcontractors) to run our business. They process information only on our behalf and only to provide their service to us:

  • Vercel, which hosts this website.
  • LeadConnector (HighLevel), which runs our booking calendar and the chat on our website, and delivers our emails and text messages.
  • Google Workspace, for email.
  • PostHog, for website analytics and session recordings.
  • Google Analytics, for website visit statistics.
  • Wistia, which hosts the videos on our website.
  • Retell AI and OpenRouter, which run the AI demos on our pre-call page.
  • Our client portal and analytics tools, to deliver and improve our services.

Apart from these providers, we disclose personal information only when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: enquiries and call notes for as long as there is a working conversation, client records for the length of the engagement plus any period the law requires, and text messaging consent records for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards as proof of consent. Session recordings of website visits are deleted after 30 days.

7. How we protect it (data security)

Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available, access is limited to the people who need it, and client data stays in accounts set up in the client’s name wherever possible. Text messages travel over mobile networks and are not encrypted, so please do not send sensitive information by text. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
  • You can block analytics cookies in your browser, or use a tracker blocker. The website works the same without them.

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights under state privacy laws. To make any request, email jonas@aseadosolutions.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

9. Children

Our website and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell clients and text message subscribers directly.
