AI growth partner

Your AI department, in your back pocket

We join your home service company as your AI growth partner: we learn how it runs, build AI into your lead response, follow-up and back office, and train your team to run it. Without wasting money on tools nobody uses, and without having to learn it yourself.

Who it is for

This is for you if

  1. You run a home service company

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, roofing or another trade, usually doing between 2 and 20 million dollars a year.

  2. You are not technical when it comes to AI

You know your trade and your numbers. You should not have to understand how AI works to get the benefit of it.

  3. You have bought tools nobody uses

Features in ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber that were never set up, or a separate app the office stopped opening.

  4. You do not have the time to learn it

Running the company is the job. Learning AI, testing tools and keeping up with what changes every month is ours.

The role

What is an AI growth partner?

An AI growth partner does the job of an in-house head of AI for your company, part time and remotely. With Aseado, that is both of us, Sam and Jonas, on every company we work with: we decide what is worth building, build it into the software you already use, train your team, and stay accountable for the results.

It is the same idea as a fractional CFO, or a fractional AI officer: senior judgement for a company that does not need, or cannot yet justify, the full-time role. The difference from buying a tool or hiring an agency is ownership. A partner in your corner owns making AI work in your business, end to end.

Day to day

What your AI growth partner does

  1. Sets your AI strategy

Works out where AI should, and should not, touch your business, and turns that into a roadmap ranked by what each piece is worth.

  2. Delivers the work

Builds, connects and launches it inside the software you already run, and manages any vendors or developers involved.

  3. Keeps your data and customers safe

Sets the ground rules for your data and how AI is used in your company, so nothing reaches a customer that should not.

  4. Measures and reports

Agrees the numbers up front, tracks them, and tells you in plain English what is working and what is not.

The first 90 days

We join your company the way a full-time hire would: we learn the business first, then we build. Your first visible result lands in weeks three to five.

  1. 01 · Week 1

    Embed and Audit

We get inside your business, remotely: your software, your workflows and your team's day-to-day. We find where you are losing time, leads and revenue, rank it by impact, and share it in your client portal. You finish the week with a clear roadmap.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Not here? Email jonas@aseadosolutions.com or ask us on the call.

No, we are a partner, not a hire: Sam and Jonas work with your company part time, the way a fractional CFO does. You get the judgement of an in-house AI lead without the salary, benefits and recruiting.

No, we work remotely, like the software you already run: video calls with you and your team, access to your tools, and everything we find in your client portal.

Access to your field software and phone system reports, an hour or two with you, and a few video calls with the office and dispatch. After that it is a weekly working session with you or your ops lead.

Subscriptions and usage costs, such as phone numbers, texts and AI usage, are billed to you directly by the providers. Where possible everything is set up in accounts in your name, and your roadmap estimates the monthly cost before anything is built.

Then it says so. A company where a task happens four times a month does not need it automated, and the roadmap lists what we recommend against, with the reason.

It depends on the size of your company and what the roadmap finds. We talk it through on the intro call, once we know how your business runs. Software you need is billed by the provider, in your name, and estimated before anything is built.

Thirty minutes. Worth turning up for.

You leave with a starting point

The one or two places we would start in your business, and why. Yours to keep, whether you work with us or not.

    No deck, no pitch

A conversation about how your company runs. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call.

  3. 03

You meet the people who do the work

The founders run every intro call. No handoff to someone you have not met.
